丁基膠涂布機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)國(guó)外引進(jìn)的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行測(cè)繪制造的，其組成如下圖1所示。

　　工作原理：當(dāng)1YA通電，換向閥左位接入回路，液壓缸5由右向左運(yùn)動(dòng)擠出丁基膠進(jìn)行涂膠。當(dāng)液壓缸無桿腔壓力上升至電接點(diǎn)壓力表8的上限值時(shí)，壓力表觸點(diǎn)發(fā)出信號(hào)，使電磁鐵1YA斷電，換向閥處于中位，同時(shí)液壓泵關(guān)閉，液壓缸由液控單向閥4及蓄能器7保壓。當(dāng)液壓缸無桿腔壓力下降到電接點(diǎn)壓力表調(diào)定的下限值時(shí)，壓力表又發(fā)出信號(hào)，使IYA通電，液壓泵再次向系統(tǒng)供油，使無桿腔壓力上升，從而使液壓缸的壓力保持在要求的工作范圍內(nèi)。當(dāng)液壓缸活塞到達(dá)終點(diǎn)前的預(yù)定位置時(shí)，電磁鐵2YA通電，換向閥右位接入回路，液壓缸由左向右運(yùn)動(dòng)，活塞桿退回。需要指出的是：液壓缸5和丁基膠缸6安裝在同一水平線上，并分別固定在支架上，兩者之間的間隔是用來充填固體丁基膠的。

　　Working principle: When 1YA is powered on, the left position of the directional valve is connected to the circuit, and hydraulic cylinder 5 moves from right to left to extrude butyl rubber for coating. When the pressure in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder rises to the upper limit value of the electric contact pressure gauge 8, the pressure gauge contact sends a signal to cut off the power of the electromagnet 1YA, the reversing valve is in the neutral position, and the hydraulic pump is closed. The hydraulic cylinder is maintained by the hydraulic control check valve 4 and the accumulator 7. When the pressure in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder drops to the lower limit set by the electric contact pressure gauge, the pressure gauge sends a signal to energize IYA, and the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the system again, causing the rodless chamber pressure to rise, thereby maintaining the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder within the required working range. When the hydraulic cylinder piston reaches the predetermined position before the end point, the electromagnet 2YA is energized, and the directional valve is connected to the circuit in the right position. The hydraulic cylinder moves from left to right, and the piston rod retracts. It should be pointed out that hydraulic cylinder 5 and butyl rubber cylinder 6 are installed on the same horizontal line and fixed on the bracket respectively, and the gap between the two is used to fill solid butyl rubber.
