1 將中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線輕置于安裝位,正確擺放生產(chǎn)線各段的位置次序.

2 機(jī)身調(diào)平.調(diào)整機(jī)器底座上調(diào)平螺栓高度,使傳送輥、支撐尼龍輪支撐面等高,斜架上的背靠輪共面,各段相對平行,然后鎖緊螺母.

4 一體檢查機(jī)器所有緊固件連接處是否因運(yùn)輸震動(dòng)而松動(dòng),并逐件緊固(特別是各接線端子連接處是否松動(dòng)).

6 接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢,有無破損.氣源壓力要求0.6~0.8Mpa.

7 接通電源,試驗(yàn)各電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確,各段傳動(dòng)鏈輪是否靈活、平穩(wěn).

8 整機(jī)清潔,整理工作區(qū)間.
